Description
Our Bandana Packaging Is Built Around the Fabric, Not Against It
Our bandana packaging thickness varies based on the knit and the print style of the fabric. A printed cotton square has a different texture from a lightweight blended fabric inside a box. Our production team measures these differences during the initial design phase.
If your business sells multiple printed bandanas within one product line, you can order a specific custom bandana packaging with a logo for them. This provides a proper fit for every style instead of a single standard size. Because of these details, the folded bandanas remain flat inside the box.
Wholesale Order Packaging Options
We offer three packaging styles for large orders:
- Plastic Bag with Header Card: This style is quick to complete. It works well for high-volume store racks and buyers’ counters.
- Folded Paperboard Sleeve: This option uses a tuck closure that shows a printed front panel and completely covers the fabric. It is common for boutique and specialty apparel stores.
- Rigid Two-Piece Box: This choice fits gift sets, collector items, or product sets where high quality and premium presentation are important.
We ship each style flat or pre-folded to match the mass setup in your warehouse.
Material Options and Costs
We have kraft board, solid bleached sulfate cardboard, and clear plastic film, which have distinct unit costs and durability levels.
- Kraft Board: Our Kraft material fits traditional or simple brand styles for eco-friendly bandana boxes. It absorbs ink well and remains in natural colors.
- Solid Bleached Sulfate Paperboard: This option provides a clean, smooth surface. It delivers bright and full color for striking images.
- Clear PVC Windows: The window option reveals the bandana print directly. This visibility benefits products where color and design are the main reasons customers buy.
Businesses that offer seasonal lines often use a variety of these materials in a single order. This method gives them a balance between the price of the bandana packaging boxes and the retail cost of each specific item style.
Print and Finishing Options
We use two different methods for printed bandana packaging boxes for the production line. The first method is ideal for orders above 2,500 units because the price per item decreases significantly.
The second method fits smaller orders. Metallic foil and glossy spot details provide excellent results on both slide-on sleeves and stiff boxes for high-end product lines.
A matte outer layer reduces reflection under store lights. This finish resists scuffs better than plain paper, which is important for boxes that remain on open shelves instead of inside glass cases.
Standard Dimensions and Order Options
Our standard sizes fit folded bandanas from 18 x18 inches up to large 27 x 27 inch styles. We create custom box shapes if your brand uses unique fold patterns or if you sell multiple bandanas in one pack.
Our minimum order of custom apparel boxes limits fit small clothing brands that wish to test a new design, and we offer lower prices per unit for large wholesale orders. Besides the bandana packaging, we offer custom sock boxes with a logo or custom tie boxes.
