Our counter display unit is a sturdy stand made from folded board, like corrugated boxes. The front of the box is open or partially open. This allows customers to see and reach the items inside with ease. The back and side panels provide space for your company images, product name, and sales text. We strengthen the base so it can support the weight of your products. Some models include a tall panel at the top.
Retail Display Options
- Single-tier open-tray displays: These custom cardboard boxes have one flat section with low sides. Items lean toward the customer. The base is usually 60mm to 100mm deep. A slanted floor set at a 10° angle helps keep the front row filled as items are taken.
- Multi-tier stepped displays: These use two to four shelves in a stair-step design. Each row sits higher than the one before it. This allows customers to see every product. It is ideal for small bottles or energy shots.
- Divided-Cell Displays: These trays use vertical dividers to create separate sections. Use this style to show different flavors or sizes of the same product. Each section has its own label.

Display Material Options

- Double-Wall Cardboard: This 6mm thickness is for heavy products or long-term use. It does not bend underweight or pressure.
- SBS Board: This flat, white board is for light items under 100g, such as cosmetics. It offers the most accurate color results.
- Kraft Cardboard: This brown material provides a natural look. We print colors directly onto the surface without a shiny coating.
Printing Choices
- Offset Print: We print your colors on a coated layer before we shape the board. This printing method is best for retail box displays. The minimum order is 500 units.
- Digital Print: We print directly onto the board surface. This is a great choice for new products or short sales. You can start with an order of just 100 units.
- Foil Stamping: We press metallic foil onto specific places of the box. You can choose gold, silver, or holographic colors.
- Soft-Touch Matte: This is a flat film we apply to the surface. It stops glare from bright lights and feels smooth.
- Gloss Laminate: This shiny film makes it easy to wipe clean, which makes it a good choice for food or drink products.
- Spot UV: We apply a clear, shiny coating to specific parts of a matte surface to highlight important details.
